Abstract: In recent years, the spring of "going global" has come to Chinese companies with the
establishment of Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) and the promotion of "One Belt
One Road". China's outward foreign direct investment (OFDI) is increasing rapidly. While
expanding their markets in the world, Chinese companies have found their lack of qualified
expatriates and the rate of expatriate failure is relatively high. Because they are deficient in
establishing an international management system and exploring effective methods of expatriate
training. This paper aims to try to find out some suitable expatriate training methods for Chinese
enterprises though literature review and case analysis. |
