What is the Open Access Publication?

Nowadays, readers pay to access articles either through subscription or by paying a fee each time they download an article. With the escalation of journal subscription charges, libraries may subscribe to fewer journals and hence this may limit the range of articles available to readers. Open access model of publication allows all interested readers to view, download, print, and redistribute any article without a subscription which may enable far greater distribution of an author’s work. Through Open access model the scientific community and the general public can immediately access all content published in the journals for free as soon as it is published on the Internet.

International Journal of Social Science and Economic Research (IJSSER) is an initiative to provide quality publishing platform for research scholars. All the papers are published after successful peer review by qualified researchers.

All articles published in our journal are open access and freely available online, immediately upon publication. This is made possible by an article-processing charge (APC) that covers the range of publishing services we provide. This includes provision of online tools for editors and authors, article production and hosting, liaison with abstracting and indexing services, and customer services. The APC, payable when your manuscript is editorially accepted and before publication, is charged to either you, or your funder, institution or employer. .

What funding sources are available for authors?

Many institutions, funding and government agencies and foundations help the authors to cover author the Manuscript handling fee. Some funders allow manuscript handling fee to be included as line items on a grant, some deans and/or department heads, or a co-author's grant, may have discretionary funds available for Open Access publishing, or publishing in general.

Article Processing Charges (APC) cover the following
The editorial procedure: including administration related to peer review, author revisions, and final decision-making.
Article production: professional language editing, typesetting, formatting, and production.
Article hosting and dissemination: website maintenance, contact with indexing databases.
Journal administration: including managing the journal website and editorial board, and promotion of the journal among the research community.

Processing Fee has to be paid only if your article gets Accepted for Publishing & Indexing. Processing Fee could be Paid by means of Demand Draft, Net Banking, Wire Transfer, Direct Account Deposit only. Account detail, We will Send you with Acceptance letter. Articles once Accepted for Publishing by IJSSER Review Panel, could not be withdrawn thereafter, however as per Amendment 168/II, provisions could be provided based on the decision of regional Editor-in-Chief.
