Abstract: Net Banking is a web-based service that enables the banks authorized customers to access their
account information. Net banking services helps to reduce the cost of operation of banks. Internet
banking is able to provide solution for high cost conventional banking services providing. To
know the customer perception towards net banking services provided by Canara Bank. The study
also involves in identifying and analysing the purpose of net banking services and its various
benefits or features. From the study, the perception of customers is analysed. It is clear that, more
number of customers are successfully utilizing the net banking services.
