ABSTRACT:
Without a doubt, the year 2020 was a difficult one. The Covid-19 pandemic had an impact on marketing in general, but specifically on digital marketing. Before we start with the analysis of how coronavirus' impact on digital marketing, it is important to define what digital marketing is and where it was a decade ago, in order to make a comparison of how the pandemic has impacted it. At the end of this paper, we will also describe how the digital marketing touched the business world in North Macedonia during the time of Covid-19.
