ABSTRACT: Given the extent of poverty levels, unemployment and dependence on Agriculture, India must
reduce its Food Losses. This can effectively be addressed using blockchain technology and
advanced AI. All post-harvest losses would be minimised and positively impact the food supply
chain and, thus, the circular flow of the economy.
