ABSTRACT: Based on a comprehensive examination of theoretical and practical aspects, this study explores the roles of educational institutions and businesses in achieving sustainable coastal economic development in Quang Binh province. Drawing upon the philosophical perspective of economic goals, the research analyzes and evaluates the current situation while proposing policy implications for meaningful and practical development of the coastal economy in Quang Binh. The study provides an overview of the roles of educational institutions and businesses in coastal economic activities, including the key factors influencing sustainable coastal economic development and the impacts of globalization and internationalization on Vietnam's coastal economy. It reflects the specific process of coastal economic development in Quang Binh, highlighting the comparative advantages of the local coastal economy.
