ABSTRACT: Research has indicated different results for the various assets that were considered. All of them
were under the same management and operator but only one of them surpassed Pre-Covid
revenues. The other two could not do so for reasons other than management. An attempt has
been made to point out the areas which could be addressed such that the other two assets
increase their revenue and visibility.
