ABSTRACT: This paper analyzes the teaching and application of clarinet in the music class of junior middle
school taking Baisha nationality middle school as an example, the teaching of clarinet is
beneficial to cultivate students' cognitive ability, imagination and creativity, and stimulate their
interest in learning music. Secondly, the author introduces the problems of clarinet in music
teaching in junior middle school and analyzes the Baisha nationality middle school as an
example. Finally, the author puts forward the strategies to solve the problems.
